透過二至三張卡牌為一組，粗大動作和精細動作訓練，將難度、訓練內容說明註明於卡牌。
Design Description: Use three cards as a set for a set of exercise training, and indicate the difficulty level and training content on the cards.

1.依玩家狀況扶著或做動作
1.Supporting or assisting the player according to their condition or performing the movement.
2.邊做動作邊讀出句子
2.Reading out the sentence while performing the action.
